The Souss Massa region announces a recruitment competition for 4 positions of first-grade state engineer, scale 11, specializing in information systems and databases. Competition Details and Requirements

The competition is organized according to decision number 2026/5 by the president of the Souss Massa regional council, based on various legal and regulatory texts that ensure transparency and fairness in the recruitment process. The competition is open to Moroccan citizens aged between 18 and 45 as of January 1, 2026, who hold a state engineer diploma from authorized national higher education institutions, or an equivalent diploma according to decree number 2.12.90.

Competition Stages and Selection Process

The competition consists of one written test followed by an oral, practical, or combined examination. The written test evaluates candidates' theoretical knowledge, while the oral or practical test focuses on assessing technical and professional competencies. Candidates who score at least 12 out of 20 on the written test qualify for the oral examination. The final list of successful candidates is prepared based on an overall average of at least 10 out of 20, considering the number of available positions.

• 7% of positions are reserved for persons with disabilities holding valid disability cards according to law.
• 5% of positions are allocated to former resistance fighters, war orphans, or ex-military personnel.
• Examinations will take place on May 17, 2026 at 9:00 AM in centers to be announced later.
• The application deadline is April 30, 2026 at 4:30 PM.
