The Ministry of Foreign Affairs, African Cooperation and Moroccan Expatriates announces a competitive recruitment for 16 State Engineers (Grade 1, Scale 11) in 2026. Positions are split between two specialties: Networks and Telecommunications (10 positions) and IT Development (6 positions). One position is reserved for the Moroccan expatriate sector in the Networks and Telecommunications specialty.
Candidates must be Moroccan nationals, aged 45 years or younger, and hold a State Engineer degree from a recognized national school, institute, or university, or an equivalent diploma officially recognized. The diploma must be in one of the two required specialties: Networks and Telecommunications or IT Development.
