As part of strengthening its human capital, the Regional Development Company "Région Aménagement Marrakech" S.A. is recruiting a State Engineer in Civil Engineering. This position offers a unique opportunity to contribute to major regional development and construction projects.

Main Missions

The civil engineer is responsible for planning, coordinating, and supervising development and construction projects from design to completion, ensuring compliance with deadlines, costs, quality, and safety standards. Main activities include:

• Supervising all site activities (teams, site managers, works supervisors).
• Managing studies and works related to roads and various networks (VRD).
• Monitoring and controlling construction and rehabilitation of roads and urban infrastructure.
• Ensuring follow-up of structural works (bridges, retaining walls, etc.).
• Controlling urban development, restructuring, and infrastructure extension operations.
• Ensuring compliance with safety standards and risk assessment on sites.
• Providing technical assistance and reporting for civil engineering and VRD projects.
• Participating in planning, programming, and coordination of works.

Required Technical Skills

• Proficiency in project management for civil engineering and VRD.
• Solid knowledge of planning, execution, and control of works.
• Familiarity with company consultation procedures and public procurement.
• Ability to design and size infrastructure.
• Mastery of specialized software: AutoCAD, Robot Structural Analysis, Covadis, etc.
• Good office software skills: Word, Excel, PowerPoint.

Specific Conditions

Required Profile

• Degree: State Engineer in Civil Engineering or equivalent.
• Experience: prior experience in VRD project management and structural works is desirable.
