Recruitment Competition: First Grade State Engineer - Computer Networks
The Ministry of Interior - Boulemane Province is organizing a recruitment competition for a first grade state engineer position specializing in computer networks. Position and Competition Details
This competition concerns a single first grade state engineer position at scale 11, with precise specialization in computer networks. Participation Conditions
- Moroccan nationality
- Age between 18 and 45 years as of January 1st of the current year
- State engineering diploma in computer networks, issued by authorized national schools, institutes, or university establishments
- Attach a copy of the diploma, a copy of the national identity card, and a curriculum vitae
Reserved Quota System
A quota of 5% of positions is reserved for persons with the status of resistance fighter, nation's dependent, former military, or former combatant, and 7% for persons with disabilities holding the "disabled person" card.
Competition Tests
The competition consists of two main phases:
- Written test: General subject or multiple choice questions (MCQ) concerning general affairs, required functions, or competencies of the Ministry of Interior and required specialties
- Oral/applied test: The competition committee discusses various topics with the candidate, or subjects them to an applied test in the required specialty, lasting 30 to 45 minutes
Only candidates who obtain an average of at least 12/20 in the written test are admitted to the oral test.
Application and Registration Procedure
Candidates must imperatively register their application on the public employment website (https://depot.emploi-public.ma/) during the period from February 16, 2026 until March 06, 2026 at 4:30 PM.
Important Notes
- For foreign diplomas or those issued by private institutions, the equivalence decision published in the Official Bulletin must be attached during registration via the portal
- Public administration employees must, in addition to their registration on the electronic portal, present their participation requests accompanied by the final approval of their administration
- Persons with the status of resistance fighter, nation's dependent, former military, or former combatant must present their requests through the administrations responsible for managing their affairs
- Candidates with disabilities must provide a certificate issued by the Ministry of Solidarity, Women, Family, and Social Development
