State Engineer Recruitment Competition in Haouzia

The commune of Haouzia, under the jurisdiction of El Jadida province, is organizing a recruitment competition for the position of first-grade state engineer, scale 11, specializing in civil engineering. This professional opportunity targets holders of a state engineering diploma or equivalent, who wish to engage in public service and contribute to territorial development.

Competition Details and Requirements

The competition is organized in accordance with several legislative and regulatory texts, including Dahir No. 1.15.85 and the organic law relating to communes, as well as decrees establishing conditions and procedures for recruitment in public service. One position (01) is available, with quotas reserved for specific categories according to current legislation.

Application Conditions and Required Documents

Candidates must be between 18 and 45 years old as of January 1, 2026, with possible extension of the maximum age in certain cases. They must hold a state engineering diploma issued by a recognized national institution, or an equivalent diploma according to the provisions of Decree No. 2.12.90.

The application file must include the following documents:

• A handwritten application with personal information and signature
• A copy of the diploma or equivalence decision
• A curriculum vitae with photograph
• A copy of the national identity card
• Two stamped envelopes with personal address
• Approval from the original administration for civil servant candidates

Important Dates and Procedures

The application deadline is April 10, 2026 at 4:30 PM, at the reception office of the Haouzia commune headquarters or by registered mail to the specified address. Incomplete files or those submitted after the deadline will not be considered.

The list of candidates admitted to the tests will be published on the electronic employment portal (www.emploi-public.ma), and will constitute the official summons for the written test scheduled for May 17, 2026.

Competition Structure

The competition includes a written test and an oral test. The written test covers a general subject or multiple-choice questions (MCQ) related to the missions of territorial communities, lasting 4 hours. The oral test consists of an interview with the jury on various topics, or a practical test in the specialty, lasting between 15 and 45 minutes.

Additional Information

A quota of 25% of positions is reserved for former resistance fighters, war orphans, former military personnel, and former combatants, and 7% for persons with disabilities holding a disability card. These candidates must attach the corresponding certificates to their application file.
