The Société Nationale de Radiodiffusion et de Télévision (SNRT), Morocco's national public broadcasting company, is recruiting a Media Planner. Position Details

• Number of positions: 1.
• Contract type: Permanent (CDI).
• Location: Rabat.

Required Qualifications

Candidates must meet the following requirements:

• Moroccan nationality.
• Maximum age of 45 years at the time of recruitment.
• Hold a Bac+5 degree (State Engineer or Master's) in one of these fields: Marketing, Communication, Commerce, Digital, Advertising.

Main Responsibilities

The Media Planner will be responsible for maximizing audience and channel loyalty by orchestrating program visibility through a dual strategy:

• External: Design and purchase advertising campaigns on third-party media to attract new audiences and create buzz around major launches.
• Internal (self-promotion): Strategically schedule trailers and promotional messages across SNRT's channels to retain viewers/listeners and optimize the program grid.

Key activities include external media buying, self-promotion planning, coordinating with the programming department, and performance analysis.

Required Skills

• Strong interest in media, especially television.
• Good knowledge of the media landscape.
• Analytical and synthesis skills.
• Comfortable with numbers and data analysis.
• Practical knowledge of media planning and audience measurement tools.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Excellent project management skills.
• Perfect command of Arabic, French, and English.
• Dynamic, communicative, team player, responsive, rigorous, and autonomous.

Selection Process

The recruitment process includes two stages:

1. Written test: 2 hours, open-ended questions and a case study. A minimum score of 12/20 is required to proceed.
2. Oral test: 30 minutes, presentation of academic and professional background, and assessment of skills. Final score = Oral score × 0.6 + Written score × 0.4.
