Taghzirt Commune, under the jurisdiction of Beni Mellal Province, announces the opening of applications for the position of Services Director, in accordance with Decision No. 46 dated December 28, 2018, concerning the organization of municipal administration. This announcement follows the retirement of the previous director on December 31, 2025, requiring the appointment of a new manager to ensure continuity of public service and maintain high-quality standards for citizens.

Essential Application Requirements

This call targets permanent civil servants and contract agents working within Taghzirt Commune, subject to the following conditions:

  • Being classified at least at the level of second-class administrator, or within the state engineer framework, or in one of the comparable index grades.
  • Holding at minimum a diploma allowing access to third-class administrator grade or equivalent.
  • Having at least four years of service as a permanent employee, or five years for contract agents in state administrations or territorial communities.
  • Having previously performed service chief functions, with possible exemption from this requirement if service interests so require.

Position Duties and Responsibilities

The Services Director of Taghzirt Commune undertakes crucial missions for local development. They supervise various administrative and technical services, implement policies and programs adopted by the Municipal Council, and ensure proper functioning of public facilities.
