Eligibility Requirements

The agency has established specific criteria for potential candidates:

  • Must be a permanent agency staff member classified at second-level administrator grade or equivalent.
  • Hold at minimum a diploma allowing access to third-level administrator grade.
  • Demonstrate at least two years of effective service for permanent staff or three years for contractual staff.
  • For third-level grade staff: demonstrate ten years of service including four years minimum at this grade level.
