Key Responsibilities

• Assist the civil engineer in operational monitoring and control of works on site.
• Act as the permanent technical liaison on construction sites to ensure compliance with execution plans and specifications.
• Provide periodic reporting on project progress.

Main Activities

• Daily follow-up of work progress on site.
• Inspect quantities and quality of materials.
• Support the engineer in verifying measurements and work status reports.
• Ensure execution conformity with plans, standards, and best practices.
• Maintain continuous communication between the engineer and contractor coordinators.
• Enforce safety regulations on site.
• Monitor and update detailed work schedules.
• Contribute to archiving technical project documentation.

Candidate Profile

Candidates must hold a diploma in civil engineering or equivalent, with a minimum of 5 years of professional experience in construction and development. Required skills include mastery of construction execution stages, materials knowledge, fluent reading of technical drawings, and proficiency in CAD software. Familiarity with public procurement procedures is essential.
