Reopening of Call for Applications for Responsibility Positions at El Kelaâ des Sraghna Provincial Council
The Provincial Council of El Kelaâ des Sraghna is pleased to announce the reopening of applications for two senior management positions within its administration, pursuant to Decision No. 33 dated June 8, 2026. This initiative aims to enhance the administrative and financial efficiency of the Council by recruiting highly qualified professionals.
Positions Open for Application
- Director General of Services: This strategic role involves overseeing the management of administrative, financial, and technical services, coordinating work across departments, and driving institutional performance improvement.
- Head of the Human Resources, Financial Affairs, Property, and Equipment Department: This position is responsible for managing personnel matters, preparing budgets, monitoring expenditures, and managing properties and equipment.
Eligibility Requirements
Candidates must meet the following conditions depending on the position:
For Director General of Services:
- Be a permanent civil servant or contractual agent working in state administrations or territorial communities.
- Be classified at least at the grade of Principal Inspector 2nd grade, State Engineer, or an equivalent grade.
- Hold a degree or diploma allowing access to the grade of Principal Inspector 3rd grade.
- Have at least four years of actual service as a permanent employee, or five years for contractual agents.
- Have previously served as Head of Department (this condition may be waived if necessary).
For Head of Human Resources, Financial Affairs, Property, and Equipment:
- Be a permanent civil servant or contractual agent working in state administrations or territorial communities.
- Be classified at least at the grade of Principal Inspector 2nd grade, State Engineer, or an equivalent grade.
- Hold a degree or diploma allowing access to the grade of Principal Inspector 3rd grade.
- Have at least two years of actual service as a permanent employee, or three years for contractual agents.
- Permanent employees classified at Principal Inspector 3rd grade with at least 15 years of service (including 4 years in that grade) may also apply.
Application File Contents
- Application letter accompanied by a recent photograph, with the approval and opinion of the direct supervisor.
- Detailed curriculum vitae including qualifications, professional background, and previous assignments.
- Action plan and methodology proposed for managing and developing the relevant administrative unit.
- Decision of appointment to the current grade.
- Decision of appointment to a previous responsibility position (if applicable).
How to Apply
Applications must be submitted to Mr. President of the Provincial Council of El Kelaâ des Sraghna no later than July 17, 2026, at 4:30 PM. The application form can be downloaded from the public service portal www.emploi-public.ma.
Selection Process
A committee appointed by the President of the Council will review complete applications and conduct selection interviews to assess candidates' competencies. Results will be published on the public service portal, the website of the General Directorate of Territorial Communities, and posted at the headquarters of the Provincial Council.
