Reopening of Applications for Responsibility Positions at Sidi Hajjaj Commune

The commune of Sidi Hajjaj (Province of Settat) announces the reopening of applications for vacant responsibility positions, in accordance with Decision No. 2026/2/1 of the President of the Communal Council. This initiative follows the absence of any application during the previous session, reflecting the commune's commitment to selecting the right competencies to lead the local administration.

Positions Available

  • Head of Technical and Economic Affairs Division (1 position)

Eligibility Conditions

Applications are open to all civil servants (tenured and contracted) working in the commune, who meet the following conditions:

  • For Director of Services and Heads of Division: Candidates must be classified as Manager (Grade 3) or an equivalent grade, with at least 8 years of actual service in the administration.
  • For Heads of Service: Candidates must be classified as Manager (Grade 3) or an equivalent grade, with at least 4 years of actual service in the administration.

Application File Components

  • Written application with a recent photograph.
  • Approval from the original administration and opinion of the supervisor on the candidate's competence.
  • Curriculum vitae detailing qualifications, professional background, and tasks performed.
  • Work program and methodology proposed for managing, developing, and improving the performance of the concerned administrative unit.
  • Certified copy of the appointment decision in the current framework.
  • Certified copy of the appointment decision in a responsibility position (if applicable).
  • Certified copy of the national identity card.

Submission Process and Deadline

Application files must be submitted in four copies (4 copies of each document) to the registry of Sidi Hajjaj Commune, starting from May 25, 2026, until June 15, 2026, at 4:30 PM. No files will be accepted after this date.

Selection Process

A committee appointed by the President of the Commune will select eligible applications and conduct interviews. The selected candidate will be appointed by decision of the President after visa by the government authority responsible for the interior.
