Reopening of applications for the position of Director of Services at Reggada Commune

The President of Reggada Commune, Tiznit Province, is pleased to announce the reopening of applications for the position of Director of Services, according to Decision No. 12/2026 of May 21, 2026. This is a unique opportunity for civil servants wishing to hold a leadership role within the commune.

Position available

This is a Director of Services position, a high-responsibility role requiring experience and competence in managing communal affairs. Only one position is open.

Eligibility criteria

Candidates must be permanent civil servants belonging to Reggada Commune and meet the following conditions:

• Be classified at least at the grade of manager of the third grade or equivalent index grade.
• Have a minimum seniority of eight (8) years of service as a permanent employee.

Duties of the Director of Services

The Director of Services performs the tasks assigned by Organic Law 113.14 on communes, particularly Articles 104, 105, and 128, as well as tasks delegated by the President of the Communal Council. This includes supervising the various administrative, financial, and technical services of the commune and ensuring efficient and effective operation of public facilities.

Application file

The application file must include the following documents:

• A request for candidacy with a recent photograph, accompanied by the approval of the commune president.
• A candidacy form detailing the candidate's qualifications, professional background, previous functions and positions held, and degrees obtained, according to the template available at the commune administration (human resources unit).
• A work project and methodology proposed by the candidate for managing, developing, and improving the performance of communal services.
• The decision of appointment to the current grade.
• The decision of appointment to a responsibility position, if any.

Submission location and deadline

Applications must be submitted to the registry of Reggada Commune until July 15, 2026, the final deadline for accepting applications. Candidates must ensure their files are complete before the deadline.

Selection process

A committee appointed by decision of the president of the communal council will review complete application files and conduct an interview to select candidates with accepted files. The interview will focus on the candidates' knowledge of the legal and administrative framework for communal affairs, as well as modern management techniques and mechanisms for public services.

This decision is published on the public employment portal (www.emploi-public.ma), the website of the General Directorate of Territorial Communities (www.collectivites-territoriales.gov.ma), and posted at the commune.
