Essential Eligibility Criteria

• Moroccan nationality
• University diploma or higher education certificate allowing classification in scale 11 or equivalent
• Minimum eight years of actual professional experience
• Progressive career path in management positions with team leadership experience
• Previous experience in a responsibility position for at least three years, including division head role
