About the Announcement

The National Agency for Literacy (ANLCA) announces a call for applications for the position of Regional Delegate in Tarfaya, as per Decision No. ANLCA/2026/2.3 of July 4, 2026. This recruitment aims to strengthen the agency's field presence and ensure effective implementation of literacy programs in the region.

Job Responsibilities

The Regional Delegate will oversee the execution of literacy programs at the provincial level, coordinate with local partners, monitor project progress, evaluate outcomes, and prepare regular reports for the central administration.

Eligibility Criteria

Candidates must meet one of the following conditions:

• Be ranked at least as a 2nd-grade inspector or state engineer (or equivalent), hold a diploma allowing access to the 3rd-grade inspector position, and have at least 2 years of actual service by July 7, 2026.
• Be ranked at least as a 3rd-grade inspector (or equivalent), hold the same diploma level, and have at least 5 years of actual service by the same date.

Candidates must be ANLCA employees or civil servants eligible for secondment to the agency.

• Certified copy of the required diploma.
• Work certificate(s) proving the required years of service.
