Job Opportunity
CDG is recruiting a Supervision Manager for Rates and Equities (Responsable Supervision Taux et Actions) within the Directorate of Supervision of Management Mandates. This is a single-position contract role based in Rabat-Salé-Kénitra.
Key Responsibilities
- Participate in asset allocation and benchmark development.
- Analyze investment strategies for equity and fixed income in line with asset allocation guidelines.
- Supervise the implementation of investment strategies for client mandates.
- Monitor portfolio performance and risk while ensuring compliance with limits.
- Analyze investments, companies, and assets (stocks, bonds) and provide opinions on financial impacts.
- Evaluate the financial and economic health of issuers and issue recommendations.
- Stay updated on financial disclosures (AMMC, Bank Al-Maghrib, Casablanca Stock Exchange reports).
- Prepare reports on macro-economic, financial, and technical analyses.
- Analyze market trends and anticipate changes.
- Conduct financial analysis of issuer indicators (profitability, solvency, coverage ratios).
- Perform quantitative and qualitative financial analysis.
- Monitor financial and macro-economic regulatory developments.
- Prepare research notes and credit risk assessments.
- Produce periodic management reports on performance and risk indicators.
Candidate Profile
- Master's degree (Bac+5) from a top engineering or business school or equivalent.
- Approximately 8 years of experience in financial markets, with significant supervisory or team management experience.
Required Skills
- Portfolio management techniques and risk modeling.
- Reporting skills.
- Proficiency in programming languages and database management (VBA, SQL).
- Rigor, responsibility, autonomy, and initiative.
- Strong analytical and synthesis abilities.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
