Recruitment of a Regional Monitoring Officer at SMIT – Tangier-Tetouan-Al Hoceima Region

The Moroccan Company for Tourism Engineering (SMIT) is recruiting a Regional Monitoring Officer (Chargé(e) Suivi Régional) for the Tangier-Tetouan-Al Hoceima region. This is a permanent contract (CDI) position offering a great opportunity to contribute to regional tourism development.

Key Responsibilities

• Strategic coordination with internal and external stakeholders.
• Operational management of the regional program.
• Managing reimbursements and recovery from providers.
• Handling overdue files and implementing corrective action plans.
• Developing partnerships for program beneficiaries.
• Preparing progress reports and monitoring alerts.

Required Profile

• Bachelor's degree (Bac+3) minimum.
• At least 2 years of experience in a similar role.
• Proficiency in Arabic and French.
• Willingness to travel across Morocco.
• Knowledge of microfinance or entrepreneurship is a plus.
