The Regional Development Company SDR Tourism Souss Massa announces an external recruitment for a Project Manager, State Engineer position, attached to the Projects Department.

SDR Tourism Souss Massa is a regional development company created under Organic Law No. 111.14 relating to regions. Its missions include:

• Contributing to the implementation of the national tourism strategy at the regional level.
• Developing new tourism products in the region.
• Enhancing the cultural and natural capital of the region.
• Carrying out projects as delegated project owner.
• Managing and supporting the tourism product.
• Developing and managing the tourist destination, especially through digital.
• Mobilizing necessary resources to achieve the company's objectives.

Main Missions

The Project Manager will:

• Lead, coordinate, and monitor the execution of development and construction projects, respecting specifications, contractual commitments (deadline, quality, cost), and strategic orientations.
• Ensure project management, interface with internal teams, service providers, and institutional partners.
• Handle launch, monitoring, reporting, acceptance, and payment of projects until final acceptance.

Required Profile

• State Engineer degree, preferably in civil engineering.
• Minimum 5 years of professional experience.
• Experience in managing development and construction projects is a major asset.

Required Skills

• Mastery of project management techniques for civil engineering and building projects.
• Good knowledge of administrative, technical, and regulatory procedures related to contracts and works.
• Ability to oversee technical, financial, and operational follow-up of sites.
• Proficiency in IT tools and technical software.
• Report writing skills.
• Good interpersonal skills and teamwork.
• Good command of Arabic, French, and English.
