Recruitment: Project Manager – Oujda Animation Development Company

As part of the FICOL Mostakbalouna - Lille-Oujda Climate and Sustainable Energy Project (2025-2028), the Local Development Company (SDL) Oujda Animation et Développement S.A. is recruiting a Project Manager under a fixed-term contract (CDD).

The Project Manager will join the project team in Oujda and ensure full-time monitoring. He/she will be selected jointly by the municipal teams of Oujda and Lille. The position is funded by the French decentralized cooperation (FICOL).

Key Responsibilities

• General and operational coordination of the project with all partners.
• Steering technical, administrative, and financial activities.
• Monitoring objectives, indicators, deadlines, and budget.
• Preparing technical and financial reports.
• Organizing meetings, workshops, seminars, and missions.
• Coordinating with national and international institutional partners.
• Monitoring services, studies, and contracts.
• Participating in communication and valorization actions.
• Setting up monitoring-evaluation tools and dashboards.
• Traveling within Morocco and to France.

Required Profile

• Master's degree (Bac+5 minimum) in project management, environment, engineering, territorial development, or equivalent.
• At least 5 years of professional experience in project management.
• Excellent writing and oral communication skills in Arabic and French.
• Leadership, organizational skills, autonomy, teamwork.
• Willingness to travel.
