Recruitment Competition for Maître de conférences Grade A - Ministry of Culture

The Ministry of Youth, Culture and Communication - Department of Culture - announces a competition to recruit two Maîtres de conférences grade A (scale 11), as per the official notice from the Higher Institute of Dramatic Art and Cultural Animation. This competition seeks outstanding academic profiles in language, literature, communication and media.

Eligibility Requirements

• Moroccan nationality.
• Hold a PhD, State doctorate, or recognized equivalent degree in the required specialties.
• Age: at least 18 and at most 45 for non-civil servant candidates (not required for civil servants).
• 25% of positions reserved for resistance members, war veterans, and their dependents; 7% for persons with disabilities.

Required Specialties

The open specialties are: language, literature, communication, and media. Candidates must ensure their specialty matches these fields.

How to Apply

Applications are submitted in two stages: online and paper. First, register electronically on the platform depot.emploi-public.ma and upload the required documents in PDF format before July 10, 2026 at 4:30 PM. Then, submit the paper file to the Higher Institute of Dramatic Art and Cultural Animation located at Boulevard de la Liberté - Akkari, Rabat, within the same deadline.

Required Documents for Online File

• Handwritten application addressed to the Director of the Institute, including surname, first name, and specialty.
• Curriculum vitae.
• Copy of valid national ID card (both sides).
• Copies of degrees or equivalence decisions.
• Disability certificate (if applicable).
• Certificate proving status as resistance member, war veteran, etc. (if applicable).
• Approval from the original administration for civil servants.

Required Documents for Paper File

In addition to the above, submit: criminal record, five copies of the PhD thesis, and five copies of all research works (articles, books, studies, certificates of participation in conferences). Place all documents in an envelope or large bag bearing the candidate's name and specialty.

Competition Date and Results

The competition will take place on July 28, 2026 at the Higher Institute of Dramatic Art and Cultural Animation in Rabat, starting at 10:00 AM. Lists of admitted candidates and final results will be published on the public employment portal www.emploi-public.ma and the ministry's website. The admission lists serve as convocation.
