The President of the Commune of Oulad Ali Mansour (Province of Tétouan) announces a recruitment competition for one position of Technician 3rd Grade (Scale 9) in the specialty of Civil Engineering. This regular recruitment aims to strengthen the technical capacities of the commune in infrastructure and public works.

Eligibility Requirements

• Moroccan nationality.
• Age between 18 and 40 years (maximum), with possible extension to 45 years for civil servants with prior service, or for resistance fighters, former combatants, and persons with disabilities.
• Hold a specialized technician diploma in civil engineering, public works, or major works, issued by vocational training institutes established under Decree 2.86.325, or an equivalent recognized diploma per Decree 2.12.90.

Specialty and Number of Positions

One position is open in the specialty of Civil Engineering (or Public Works, Major Works).

Special Categories

25% of positions are reserved for resistance fighters, former combatants, and their dependents, and 7% for persons with disabilities holding a disability card. Candidates from these categories must submit their applications through the relevant administrative bodies.

Applications must be submitted in person to the registry office of Oulad Ali Mansour Commune (Caidat Beni Hassen, Circle of Tétouan, Province of Tétouan) or sent by registered mail to the President of the Commune. The deadline for receipt of applications is August 15, 2026, at 4:30 PM.
