Overview of the Competition

The Ministry of Interior – Province of Settat – announces a recruitment competition for fifteen (15) State Engineers of the 1st grade (scale 11). This competition aims to select highly skilled professionals in fields such as cybersecurity, computer systems and networks engineering, and statistics & applied economics. Eligibility Criteria

Candidates must hold a State Engineering degree from accredited national schools or institutes, or an equivalent recognized diploma. A quota of 25% of positions is reserved for resistance fighters, wards of the nation, former military personnel, or veterans, and 7% for persons with disabilities holding a "disabled person" card.

How to Apply

Registration is exclusively online via the public employment portal: https://depot.emploi-public.ma/, from May 15, 2026, to May 30, 2026, at 4:30 PM. The application must include a copy of the required diploma, a copy of the national ID card, and a CV. For foreign or private institution diplomas, an equivalence decision published in the Official Bulletin must be attached.

Competition Exams

The competition consists of two exams:

• Written exam: A general subject or multiple-choice questions (QCM) related to the duties or functions to be filled, the specialties of the Ministry of Interior, or the required specialties. Duration: 3 hours.
• Oral exam: An interview to assess the candidate's ability to perform the tasks associated with the grade. Only candidates with a score of at least 12/20 in the written exam are eligible.

Important Tips

I advise candidates to prepare thoroughly for the written exam by reviewing topics related to territorial administration and public management. Current civil servants must obtain permission from their administration before applying.
