Main Missions

The Information Systems Manager ensures the design, administration, security, and evolution of the organization's information system. He guarantees the availability, performance, security, and continuity of IT infrastructures, networks, business applications, and digital services. He also supervises the governance of connectivity infrastructures, communication networks, and digital services to ensure efficient, secure operations in line with technical standards and operational requirements. He supports the digital transformation of the organization through the implementation of technological solutions adapted to strategic and operational needs.

Key Activities

• Define and implement the information system strategy.
• Develop IT and digital master plans.
• Ensure governance of IT infrastructures and communication networks.
• Lead digital transformation and technological modernization projects.
• Supervise server, system, network, and IT equipment infrastructures.
• Ensure availability and performance of LAN, WAN, Wi-Fi, and fiber optic infrastructures.
• Ensure IT and network security.
• Define cybersecurity and data protection policies.
• Oversee backups, disaster recovery plans, and business continuity plans.
• Set up monitoring, supervision, and reporting tools.
• Organize technical support and user assistance.
• Manage IT, telecom, and integrator service providers.

Required Profile

• Master's degree (Bac+5) in Computer Science, Networks, Telecommunications, Information Systems, or equivalent.
• Minimum 5 to 8 years of experience in a similar position.
• Proven experience in managing IT infrastructures, networks, and cybersecurity.
• Experience in IT project management and critical environments is highly desirable.
