Required Qualifications

Candidates must meet the following criteria:

• Master's degree (Bac+5) in civil engineering, urban planning, territorial development, architecture, environment, topography, or equivalent. A degree from INAU or a recognized engineering or architecture school is an asset.
• At least 2 years of professional experience, including experience in administrative management and file processing within an institutional context, involving urban, land, environmental, or technical components.

Main Responsibilities

• Welcome and guide investors through the necessary procedures.
• Verify the conformity, quality, and completeness of investment files.
• Monitor files until they are scheduled before the competent authorities.
• Coordinate the preparation of meetings of the Unified Regional Investment Commission (CRUI).
• Assist investors in using the CRI Invest platform.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of file processing procedures.
