Recruitment of Director of Risks and Resilience Pole at FSEC Morocco

About the Competition

The Solidarity Fund against Catastrophic Events (FSEC) has announced a recruitment competition for the position of Director of the Risks and Resilience Pole. This decision, referenced n° 03/RH/2026 dated July 20, 2026, aims to strengthen the fund's senior management to better address natural disaster risks and enhance resilience.

Position Details

This is a senior management position open to external candidates and FSEC staff. Candidates must hold a higher education diploma of at least bac+5 (Doctorate, Engineering degree, or equivalent) and have at least 12 years of professional experience, including 5 years in conducting vulnerability studies of exposed assets. The recruitment will be under contract.

Eligibility Criteria

• Bac+5 degree minimum (PhD, Engineer, or equivalent).
• 12 years of professional experience, with 5 years in vulnerability assessment.
• Proficiency in Arabic and French; English is a plus.
• Strong leadership and strategic analysis skills.
