Eligibility Criteria

The competition is open to Moroccan nationals aged between 18 and 45 years old as of January 1, 2026, holding a doctorate in general medicine (M.D.) or an equivalent degree recognized by the relevant authorities.

Examination Format

The written test consists of direct questions or multiple-choice questions related to the specialty. The test is scored out of 20 points. Any score of 5 or below is disqualifying.

Application Process

Candidates must complete the following two steps:

1. Online registration: Fill out the application form on the ministry's website: drh.sante.gov.ma before May 21, 2026, at 4:30 PM.
2. Submission of application file: The file must include: a copy of the doctorate in general medicine (or equivalent degree with equivalence decision), a copy of the biometric national ID card, a certificate of registration on the list of persons with disabilities (if applicable), a copy proving status as a resistance fighter, ward of the nation, former military or former combatant (if applicable), and an authorization to take the competition for employees and university hospital staff issued by the employer administration.

Application files must be uploaded exclusively via the dedicated electronic platform on the ministry's website. The deadline for submission is Thursday, May 21, 2026, at 4:30 PM. Any file received after this date will not be considered.

Important Notes

• Any incomplete application file is considered void.
• Any file submitted after the deadline is rejected.
• Online registration is final and cannot be modified.
• Lists of admitted candidates are published on www.sante.gov.ma and www.emploi-public.ma, serving as convocation.
• 25% of positions are reserved for candidates with status of resistance fighter, ward of the nation, former military or former combatant, and 7% for persons with disabilities.
