Recruitment Competition for Labour Inspectors – 2nd Grade

The Ministry of Economic Inclusion, Small Business, Employment and Skills is organizing a recruitment competition for 4 positions of Labour Inspector, 2nd Grade (Scale 11). This competition aims to select specialists in labour law and industrial relations to strengthen the ministry's central and regional services.

Eligibility Criteria

• Moroccan nationality.
• Enjoyment of civil and political rights.
• Holding a Bachelor's degree in public or private law, or an equivalent diploma.
• Maximum age of 40 years on the date of the competition.

Required Documents

• Copy of national identity card.
• Copy of diploma or certificate.
• Curriculum vitae with photo, phone number and email.
• Certificate proving status as a resistance fighter, ward of the nation or former military, if applicable.
• Authorization from the head of administration for civil servants.

How to Apply

Applications must be submitted exclusively via the public employment portal www.emploi-public.ma. The deadline for submission is May 15, 2026 at 4:30 PM.

Exam Date

The competition will be held on May 24, 2026 at locations to be determined later. The lists of eligible candidates published on the ministry's website will serve as invitations.

Salary and Benefits

The monthly salary ranges from 8,200 to 9,400 MAD depending on seniority and allowances. Inspectors also benefit from continuous training and health coverage.
