Recruitment Competition for Administrators 2nd Grade - Ministry of Solidarity, Social Integration and Family

The Ministry of Solidarity, Social Integration and Family announces a recruitment competition for three (03) positions of Administrator 2nd Grade (Scale 11) in the specialty 'Audiovisual and Digital Communication'. This competition aims to strengthen the ministry's human resources and support the digital transformation in the communication field.

Eligibility Conditions

• Be of Moroccan nationality.
• Be at least 18 years old and at most 45 years old on January 1st of the current year.
• Hold a Diploma of Advanced Higher Studies (DESA), a Diploma of Specialized Higher Studies (DESS), a Master's degree, a specialized Master's degree, or an equivalent diploma recognized by the regulations in force, accompanied by a copy of the equivalence decision.

Competition Components

The competition includes a written test and an oral or practical test, or both:

• Written test: A general question or multiple-choice questions (MCQ) on various fields related to the relevant sector, the required specialty, or the tasks/functions to be filled. Duration: 4 hours. Coefficient: 4.
• Oral or practical test: The jury discusses with the candidate topics and issues related to the sector's specialties or subjects the candidate to a practical test within the scope of the administrator corps' duties. Duration: 15 to 30 minutes. Coefficient: 3.

Application File

The application file must include the following documents:

• A handwritten request including the candidate's surname and first name, address, and signature.
• A curriculum vitae (CV) with a photo, mobile phone number, and email address.
• A certified copy of the national identity card, valid.
• A certified copy of the required diploma or equivalent diploma, accompanied by the equivalence decision if applicable.
• Authorization from the head of the employing administration for civil servants.

How to Apply

Application files must be submitted directly to the Ministry of Solidarity, Social Integration and Family, Human Resources Division, Directorate of Human Resources, Budget and General Affairs, located at 47 Avenue Ibn Sina, Agdal, Rabat, during administrative hours, no later than May 25, 2026.
