Details of the Recruitment Competition for 29 Associate Professors at the Faculty of Medicine and Pharmacy of Oujda
The Faculty of Medicine and Pharmacy of Oujda, part of Mohammed First University, announces a recruitment competition for twenty-nine (29) associate professors (maîtres de conférences), session of September 7, 2026. This competition aims to strengthen the teaching staff across various medical and pharmaceutical specialties.
Required Specialties
The positions are distributed between basic sciences and clinical sciences as follows:
Basic Sciences:
- Pharmaceutical specialties: Pharmacology (1 position), Galenic Pharmacy (1 position), Therapeutic Chemistry (1 position).
- Biological specialties: Anatomy (1 position), Parasitology-Mycology (1 position), Genetics (1 position), Pathological Anatomy (1 position).
Clinical Sciences:
- Medical specialties: Anesthesia-Resuscitation (3 positions), Radiology (2 positions), Radiotherapy (1 position), Medical Oncology (1 position), Rheumatology (1 position), Neurology (1 position), Occupational Medicine (1 position), Cardiology (1 position), Pediatrics (3 positions), Community Medicine (1 position).
- Surgical specialties: Cardiovascular Surgery (1 position), Reconstructive and Plastic Surgery (1 position), Otorhinolaryngology (1 position), General Surgery (3 positions).
Eligibility Criteria
The competition is open to civilian and military candidates who have completed the standard residency program in hospital centers attached to a faculty of medicine, pharmacy, or dentistry, with a duration of at least 4 years for medical, pharmaceutical, or odontological specialties, and 5 years for surgical specialties or internal medicine.
Application File
The application file must include:
- A handwritten application indicating name, surname, address, and the specialty applied for.
- A certificate confirming completion of the residency program in the relevant specialty.
- A recent copy of the birth certificate.
- A copy of the national identity card.
- A copy of the doctorate degree in medicine or pharmacy, depending on the specialty.
- Eight copies of the scientific portfolio (including research work, publications, articles, and audiovisual productions).
- Authorization to take the competition for civil servants.
- Any official document supporting the application, including certificates of pedagogical activities.
Submission Deadline and Exam Date
Complete application files must be submitted to the Administrative Affairs Office of the Faculty of Medicine and Pharmacy of Oujda before August 8, 2026. The competition will be held on September 7, 2026.
