Recruitment of Two Urban Planning and Land Advisors at the Regional Investment Center of Fès-Meknès

The Regional Investment Center (CRI) of the Fès-Meknès Region announces a competitive recruitment for two (2) Urban Planning and Land Advisors attached to the Urban Planning and Land Advisory Service. This initiative is part of the reform of Regional Investment Centers and aims to enhance support for investors in land and urban planning matters.

Job Mission

The Urban Planning and Land Advisor provides investors with a clear, reliable, and up-to-date overview of the economic land supply in the region, as well as guidance on urban planning regulations. They serve as a technical and strategic support for the land feasibility of investment projects, ensuring compliance with development plans and regulatory constraints.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide personalized support to investors on urban planning regulations (development plans, authorization procedures, technical requirements).
• Alert on identified urban planning constraints or risks.
• Coordinate with relevant internal departments to streamline land information exchange.
• Master the mapping of economically oriented land and present key orientations and availability to investors.
• Develop and maintain digital tools (such as GIS) to structure, visualize, and disseminate reliable land and urban planning information.
• Assist investors in strategic decision-making for project location.

Eligibility Conditions

Candidates must meet the following criteria:

• Moroccan nationality.
• Maximum age of 40 years.
• Hold an engineering degree in architecture, topography, urban planning, or a similar field.
• Proficiency in Arabic and French.
• No criminal conviction or disciplinary record.
• Not registered in the central disciplinary record of public administrations.
