Recruitment Competition for State Engineers 1st Grade at the Ministry of Habous and Islamic Affairs

The Ministry of Habous and Islamic Affairs announces a recruitment competition for 16 State Engineers 1st Grade (scale 11) in the specialty of civil engineering. This competition aims to strengthen the workforce in central and external services of the ministry and its affiliated institutions.

Eligibility Conditions

• Moroccan nationality.
• Age between 18 and 45 years as of January 1, 2026.
• Hold a State Engineer degree in civil engineering from a qualified national university or an equivalent recognized degree.

Reserved Positions

25% of positions are reserved for resistance members, former military personnel, and former combatants, and 7% for persons with disabilities.

Competition Process

The competition includes a written test and an oral test. Results will be published on the public employment portal and the ministry's website.
