Recruitment Competition for 13 Administrators (3rd Grade, Scale 10) in Maritime Fisheries

The Department of Maritime Fisheries, part of the Ministry of Agriculture, Maritime Fisheries, Rural Development, and Water and Forests, announces a recruitment competition for 13 administrator positions (3rd grade, scale 10). This competition is open to Moroccan nationals aged 18 to 45, holding a diploma as a fishing captain, fishing mechanic officer, professional license, or equivalent in specialties related to maritime fishing. Applications must be submitted exclusively online via the public employment platform www.emploi-public.ma before July 20, 2026. The written and oral exams will take place on August 2, 2026.

Eligibility Criteria

  • Moroccan nationality.
  • Age between 18 and 45 years.
  • Diploma: fishing captain, fishing mechanic officer, professional license, or equivalent in relevant fields.
  • For current civil servants and contract employees: an unconditional authorization from their original administration is required.

How to Apply

Applications are only accepted electronically via www.emploi-public.ma. You must upload scanned copies of the following documents:

  • Completed and signed application form.
  • Required diploma.
  • Copy of the equivalence decision (for foreign diplomas).
  • Valid biometric national ID card.
  • Certificate of status for resistance members, former soldiers, former combatants, wards of the nation, or disabled persons.
  • For employees: unconditional authorization from their administration.

The deadline for applications is July 20, 2026.

Examination Process

The competition consists of two tests:

  • Written exam (4 hours): covering the field of the administration's competencies, public management, required specialties, or the tasks and functions of the position.
  • Oral exam (15 to 30 minutes): a discussion with the jury on various topics to assess the candidate's ability to perform the duties of the grade.

Successful candidates will be permanently appointed to the central administration and/or external services of the Department of Maritime Fisheries. Note that 25% of positions are reserved for resistance members, wards of the nation, former soldiers, or former combatants, and 7% for disabled persons.
