Recruitment Competition for State Engineers 1st Grade at the Ministry of Transport and Logistics

The Ministry of Transport and Logistics announces a competitive recruitment for ten (10) State Engineers of the 1st grade (scale 11) in the specialty of Mechanics. This initiative aims to strengthen human resources within the ministry, both at the central administration and decentralized services, to enhance the performance of the transport and logistics sector in Morocco.

Eligibility Conditions

• Be of Moroccan nationality.
• Be at least 18 years old and at most 45 years old on January 1st of the current year.
• Hold a State Engineer diploma from accredited national schools, institutes, or universities, or an equivalent recognized diploma, in the specialty of Mechanics or a related field.

Required Specialties and Number of Positions

Specialty: Mechanics – 10 positions.

Note: If there are insufficient successful candidates in this specialty, the remaining positions may be allocated to candidates on the waiting list from other specialties (Statistics and Applied Economics) based on merit.

Reserved Quotas for Specific Categories

25% of positions are reserved for resistance members, war veterans, former military, and their dependents; 7% are reserved for persons with disabilities holding a "Disabled Person" card.

Competition Exams

The competition consists of two exams:

• Written exam: Multiple-choice questions (MCQ) on various topics related to the transport and logistics sector and the required specialty, duration 3 hours.
• Oral and/or practical exam: The committee discusses with the candidate topics and issues related to the transport and logistics sector, or conducts a practical test to assess their ability to perform the duties associated with the grade.

How to Apply

Applications must be submitted exclusively via the public employment portal www.emploi-public.ma by uploading electronic copies of the following documents:

• National identity card.
• Required diploma in the specialty or equivalence certificate.
• Certificate from the head of the institution specifying the specialty (if necessary).
• For civil servants: administrative authorization from the central human resources department.
• For resistance members, war veterans, and dependents: also submit an application through the relevant administrations.
• For persons with disabilities: certificate from the Ministry of Solidarity, Social Integration, and Family.

Documents must be combined into a single file in PDF, PNG, or JPG format. Incomplete files, or those sent by mail or improperly uploaded, will not be considered.

Application Deadline

Applications must be submitted before June 23, 2026.

Exam Date

The competition will take place on June 28, 2026 in Rabat and/or other cities to be determined later.

Results Announcement

The list of candidates admitted to the written and oral exams will be published on the ministry's website www.transport.gov.ma as well as on the public employment portal, serving as an official summons.
