The Office of Vocational Training and Employment Promotion (OFPPT) is recruiting a Head of the Networks and Operations Division (Ref. RH 24/26). This single position is based at the Directorate of Organization and Information Systems in Casablanca.
Division Responsibilities
- Management and administration of computer networks.
- Maintenance of IT infrastructure.
- Network security.
- Management of IT hardware (servers, PCs, printers, etc.).
- Technical administration of IT equipment and telecom networks.
- Definition and contracting of SLAs with providers.
- Management of maintenance contracts and software licenses.
- Maintenance of information systems and databases.
- Technical and functional user support (Help Desk).
- Level 1 and 2 maintenance of microcomputers and office equipment.
- Enrichment and sharing of information and application assets.
- Rationalization of acquisitions and exploitation.
Required Profile
External candidates
- Engineering degree or equivalent in IT, networks, or telecommunications (eligible for scale 11).
- At least 5 years of professional experience in network operations.
- Under 45 years old at the time of hiring.
- Moroccan nationality.
OFPPT employees
- Permanent employee classified at scale 19 minimum, or by derogation at scale 16 with at least 10 years of service in category C or higher.
- Engineering degree or equivalent.
- 5 years of experience in network operations.
