The commune of Oued Essafa (province of Chtouka Aït Baha) announces a recruitment competition for the position of technician 3rd grade (scale 9) in civil engineering, with two positions available. Eligibility Criteria

• Be at least 18 years old and at most 40 years old as of January 1, 2026 (age limit may be extended to 45 for certain categories).
• Hold a specialized technician diploma in civil engineering, public works, major works, site manager, or an equivalent diploma recognized under Decree No. 2.12.90.
• Enjoy civil rights and have the physical and mental ability to perform the job.

How to Apply

Applications must be submitted to the commune's registry office against a receipt, or sent by registered mail to: Administrative headquarters of Oued Essafa commune in Biougra. The deadline for submission is July 24, 2026, at 4:30 PM. Candidates who are resistance members, former military, wards of the nation, or disabled persons may submit their applications through the relevant authorities.

Competition Exams

The competition consists of a written exam and an oral or practical exam:

• Written exam: Duration 3 hours, coefficient 4, covering a general topic or multiple-choice questions related to the missions and functions to be filled and the competencies of the territorial community.
• Oral or practical exam: Duration 15 to 45 minutes, coefficient 3, aimed at assessing the candidate's ability to perform tasks associated with the grade.

Candidates with a score of at least 12/20 on the written exam are eligible for the oral exam. Final results are based on an overall average of at least 10/20.

Additional Information

25% of positions are reserved for resistance members, former military, and wards of the nation, and 7% for disabled persons holding a disability card. These candidates must attach a certificate proving their status.
