Eligibility Criteria

• Moroccan nationality.
• Aged between 18 and 45 on the competition date.
• Holder of a State Engineer diploma in Civil Engineering from a Moroccan public institution or recognized equivalent.
• Minimum of two years of professional experience in the building sector (supported by work or internship certificates).

Selection Process

Phase 1: Written Exams

• Written exam in French related to the position (coefficient 2, threshold <10/20).
• General knowledge written exam in French (coefficient 1, threshold <8/20).

Phase 2: Interview

Candidates with an average ≥12/20 in the written exams, without any eliminatory score, will be invited to an interview with a committee chaired by the Director General of ALEM.
