Recruitment Contest for 15 State Engineers 1st Grade Settat

Contest Details

The Province of Settat (Ministry of Interior) announces a recruitment contest for 15 State Engineers of the 1st grade (scale 11), to be held on Sunday, June 28, 2026, at the Faculty of Legal and Political Sciences in Settat, or any other location determined later.

• Systems and Networks Engineering
• Operations Research and Decision Support
• Big Data
• Geographic Information Systems (GIS)

Eligibility Criteria

The contest is open to Moroccan nationals holding a State Engineer diploma (1st grade) from national schools or institutes, or an equivalent recognized diploma. 25% of positions are reserved for resistance members, former military personnel, and former combatants, and 7% for persons with disabilities holding a disability card.

Exam Stages

The contest consists of two exams:

1. Written exam (3 hours): A general topic or multiple-choice questions (QCM) related to the required tasks or the specialties of the Ministry of Interior.
2. Oral exam: A discussion with the jury on a general topic or specialty, to assess the candidate's ability to perform the duties. Only candidates with a score of at least 12/20 on the written exam are admitted to the oral exam.

How to Apply

Registration is mandatory via the public employment portal: depot.emploi-public.ma, from May 15, 2026, to May 30, 2026, at 4:30 PM. Applications must include a copy of the required diploma, a copy of the national ID card, and a CV.

Important Notes

• For foreign or private diplomas, attach the equivalence decision published in the Official Gazette.
• Civil servants must obtain approval from their administration.
• Candidates with the status of resistance member, former military, etc., must submit their files through the competent administration in addition to online registration.
• Persons with disabilities must provide a certificate from the Ministry of Solidarity and Social Integration.

Lists of accepted candidates for the exams will be published on www.emploi-public.ma and serve as summons. Final results (including the waiting list) will also be published on the same portal.
