Recruitment Contest: Financial Security Officer – Caisse de Dépôt et de Gestion (Savings Branch)

The Caisse de Dépôt et de Gestion (CDG), through its Savings and Provident Branch, is recruiting a Financial Security Officer based in Rabat. This is a contract-based position for one opening.

Key Responsibilities

The Financial Security Officer will contribute to the definition, deployment, and animation of the financial security system. Main duties include:

  • Implementing the AML/CFT risk management framework: risk identification, analysis, and mapping.
  • Managing the financial security system: client and beneficiary screening, transaction flow analysis, handling alerts.
  • Conducting regulatory watch within the compliance scope.

Candidate Profile

Applicants must meet the following requirements:

  • Master's degree (Bac+5) in a relevant field.
  • Approximately 3 years of professional experience in compliance, risk, or audit, ideally in AML/CFT.
  • International AML certification (LAB) is a plus.
  • Strong analytical skills, integrity, discretion, teamwork, and result-oriented mindset.
  • Excellent knowledge of international AML/CFT recommendations and local regulations.
