Recruitment Competition: Territorial Promotion Officer – Regional Investment Center Fès-Meknès

The Regional Investment Center (CRI) of Fès-Meknès announces a recruitment competition for one (1) Territorial Promotion Officer attached to the Territorial Promotion Service. This position offers a unique opportunity to contribute to the region's investment attractiveness and economic development.

Key Responsibilities

• Organize targeted prospecting actions to identify potential investors by sector, geography, or strategic value chain.
• Design and disseminate promotional materials (brochures, videos, project sheets, investor guides) in multiple languages.
• Manage the region's presence at key events such as trade shows, forums, conferences, B2B meetings, and roadshows.
• Conduct benchmarking of best practices in territorial promotion at national and international levels.
• Collaborate with regional stakeholders (Region, Agencies, CGEM, Chambers) to align promotional efforts.
• Develop institutional or private partnerships to enhance regional attractiveness (clusters, incubators, federations, relay investors).
• Measure the impact of promotional activities (leads generated, expressions of interest, actual installations) and adjust strategy accordingly.
• Update and manage digital communication channels (CRI website, prospecting platforms, professional social networks).
• Promote local entrepreneurship through innovation valorization, regional success stories, and support programs.

Eligibility Criteria

• Moroccan nationality.
• Maximum age of 40 years.
• Bachelor's degree (BAC+3) in international trade, marketing, business administration, territorial development, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in the relevant field.
• Proficiency in Arabic, French, and English.
• No criminal or disciplinary convictions.
