Recruitment Competition for Technician 4th Grade at Oued Essafa

The Oued Essafa commune (province of Chtouka Ait Baha) is organizing a recruitment competition for technicians of the 4th grade (scale 8), to fill three positions in the following specialties: electricity and driving of vehicles and machinery. This initiative is part of the commune's efforts to strengthen technical skills and improve public services.

Eligibility Requirements

Candidates must meet the following conditions:

• Be of Moroccan nationality.
• Be at least 18 years old and under 40 years old on January 1, 2026 (with possible extension up to 45 years for valid retirement service periods).
• Hold a technician diploma (or equivalent) in the required specialty.
• Enjoy civil rights and have the mental and physical ability to perform the job.

Required Specialties

The three positions are distributed as follows: one position in electricity and two positions in driving vehicles and machinery. The diploma must be issued by a vocational training institution established under Decree No. 2.86.325 or recognized as equivalent.

Procedure and Deadlines

The application file must be deposited at the commune's registry office or sent by registered mail to: Administrative headquarters of Oued Essafa commune in Biougra. The deadline for submission is July 24, 2026 (4:30 PM). The competition will take place on August 2, 2026 at Sidi El Haj El Habib middle school in Biougra (or other institutions if necessary).

Exam Structure

The competition consists of a written exam (3 hours, coefficient 4) and an oral or practical test (15 to 45 minutes, coefficient 3). Candidates with a score of at least 12/20 on the written exam are eligible for the oral test. Final selection is based on an overall average of at least 10/20.
