Competition Details

The commune of Jbel Lahbib, in the province of Tétouan, announces a recruitment competition for the position of technician of the 3rd grade (scale 9) for the year 2026, under decision No. 753/2026. The competition aims to fill 4 positions: 2 in civil engineering and major works, and 2 in IT/systems and network maintenance.

Eligibility Conditions

• Moroccan nationality.
• Aged between 18 and 40 on January 1, 2026, with possible extension to 45 for those with prior service.
• Hold a specialized technician diploma in the required specialty or an equivalent certificate as per decree 2.12.90.
• For persons with disabilities, resistance members, wards of the nation, or former military, the file must be submitted through the competent administrations.

Application File

The application file must be submitted to the registry of Jbel Lahbib commune or sent by registered mail to: Commune of Jbel Lahbib, Cercle de Jbel Lahbib, Province of Tétouan. The deadline is June 8, 2026, at 4:30 PM. Incomplete or late files will be rejected.

Competition Date

The competition will take place on June 21, 2026, at 9:00 AM at the Maad Ibn Jbel middle school in the commune center, with other possible locations depending on the number of candidates.

Results Announcement

The lists of admitted candidates and final results will be published on the public employment portal (www.emploi-public.ma) and the national portal of territorial communities (www.collectivites-territoriales.gov.ma), as well as at the headquarters of Tétouan province.
