Eligibility Conditions

Candidates must meet the following conditions:

• Be of Moroccan nationality.
• Enjoy civil rights and be mentally and physically fit for public service.
• Be at least 18 years old and at most 40 years old on January 1st of the current year.
• Hold a technician diploma issued by a vocational training institution established under Decree No. 2.86.325, or an equivalent diploma recognized under Decree No. 2.12.90.

A quota of 25% of positions is reserved for candidates with the status of resistance fighter, former military, or former combatant, and 7% for disabled persons holding a disability card.
