Recruitment Competition for Technician 3rd Grade at Ouad L'Bour Commune

The Commune of Ouad L'Bour, in the Province of Chichaoua, announces a recruitment competition for one position of Technician 3rd Grade (Scale 9) in the fields of civil engineering, works supervisor, and structural works. The competition reserves 25% of positions for resistance members, former military, or wards of the nation, and 7% for persons with disabilities.

Eligibility Requirements

Candidates must meet the following conditions:

• Moroccan nationality.
• Aged between 18 and 40 as of January 1, 2026 (extendable to 45 for validable service).
• Hold a specialized technician diploma in the required specialty or an equivalent diploma as per Decree No. 2.12.90.
• Success certificates are not accepted; diplomas not matching the level or specialty will be rejected.

Competition Tests

The competition consists of two tests:

• Written test: General subject or multiple-choice questions related to tasks or territorial competencies, duration 1.5 hours, coefficient 1.
• Oral or practical test: Focused on various topics to assess the candidate's ability to perform the job, duration 30 minutes, coefficient 3.

A score below 5/20 in the written test is eliminatory. Only candidates scoring at least 12/20 proceed to the oral test. Final selection is based on an overall average of at least 10/20, limited to the one position.
