Application Process

Applications are submitted in two phases:

• Phase 1: Register on the public employment portal (www.emploi-public.ma) and upload electronic copies of your national ID card and diploma.
• Phase 2: Submit your complete application file in person or by mail to the Higher Institute of Maritime Studies in Casablanca (Km 7, Route de Jadida) before May 19, 2026, at 4:30 PM.

Selection Process

The competition consists of two tests:

1. Diploma-based evaluation
2. Oral presentation and discussion with the jury
