Recruitment Competition: Marketing and Commercial Communication Officer at Maghreb Arabe Presse

Maghreb Arabe Presse (MAP), a strategic public institution, is organizing an external recruitment competition for the position of Marketing and Commercial Communication Officer (Grade 11) based in Rabat. This is an excellent opportunity to join Morocco's leading news agency.

Job Responsibilities

Under the authority of the Commercial Directorate, the successful candidate will:

• Design and implement the marketing and communication strategy for MAP's products and services.
• Manage commercial and institutional communications related to offers.
• Oversee the design and production of communication materials (sales tools, banners, posters, roll-ups, product sheets, brochures).
• Manage and operate the TV studio set up during events.
• Coordinate the production of audiovisual content for promotional and commercial purposes.
• Support the sales force with effective marketing tools.
• Ensure consistency of MAP's image and messages across all media.
• Conduct marketing intelligence and propose innovative actions.

Required Skills

Applicants should have strong operational marketing and commercial communication skills, ability to manage marketing projects and external providers, good knowledge of communication tools and digital media, organizational skills, rigor, autonomy, creativity, initiative, and results orientation.

Eligibility Criteria

• Moroccan nationality.
• Under 40 years old on the date of the competition.
• No criminal or disciplinary record.
• Bac+5 degree in marketing, communication, commerce, or equivalent.
• 2 to 3 years of professional experience in marketing, communication, or sales.
• Proven experience in commercial communication and marketing materials production.

Competition Process

After pre-selection, candidates will take written tests (general essay and technical questionnaire) followed by an oral interview for those who pass. Coefficients: written 4 (1+3), oral 7.
