The Chefchaouen Province under the Ministry of Interior is organizing a recruitment competition for two second grade administrators in legal sciences, public law track in Arabic language, specializing in public finance and development management. Competition Details and Requirements

The competition will be held on Sunday, April 12, 2026 at Al-Khawarizmi Technical High School in Chefchaouen, with possible organization in other centers to be determined later if necessary. Successful candidates will be appointed to work in various administrative units under the province, or at the general secretariat of the province, providing diverse and enriching professional experience.

Main Application Requirements

  • Moroccan nationality
  • Age between 18 and 45 years as of January 1 of the current year
  • Advanced studies diploma or specialized higher studies diploma or Master's degree or specialized Master's in public finance and development management
  • Possibility to present equivalent diplomas according to current regulatory provisions

Quota System and Facilities

A quota of 25% of the budgetary positions is reserved for persons with the status of resistance fighter, ward of the nation, former military personnel, or former combatant. A quota of 7% is also reserved for persons with disabilities holding a "disabled person" card, reflecting the public administration's commitment to principles of equity and social justice.

Examination Structure

The competition includes two main tests:

  • Written Test: Duration of three hours, coefficient 4, including a general subject or multiple choice questions (MCQ) related to the tasks or functions to be performed, the competencies of the Ministry of Interior, or the required specializations.
  • Oral Test: Duration between 15 and 30 minutes, coefficient 3, during which the examination committee discusses various topics with the candidate to assess their ability to perform the tasks or functions associated with the concerned grade.

Candidates who obtain an average of at least 12 out of 20 in the written test are eligible to take the oral test.

Application Procedure and Registration

The application must be registered on the public employment website https://depot.emploi-public.ma during the period from March 11 to March 30, 2026 at 4:30 PM. The application must be accompanied by a copy of the required diploma, a copy of the electronic national identity card, as well as the candidate's curriculum vitae.

Important Additional Information

  • For foreign diplomas or those issued by private institutions, the equivalence decision published in the Official Gazette must be attached when registering via the portal
  • Candidates working in public administrations must submit their participation requests accompanied by the final approval of their original administration
  • Candidates with the status of resistance fighter, ward of the nation, former military personnel, or former combatant must submit their requests through the administrations responsible for managing their affairs
  • Candidates with disabilities must subsequently provide a certificate issued by the Ministry of Solidarity, Social Integration and Family

The lists of candidates admitted to take the competition are published on the public employment portal www.emploi-public.ma, this publication serving as a summons to take the tests. The results of the written test and final results, including the waiting list, are published on the same portal. If it is found that a candidate does not meet the participation requirements, they will be replaced by another candidate registered on the waiting list who meets these conditions.
