About the Competition

The Regional Investment Center (CRI) of Beni Mellal Khenifra has announced a recruitment competition for a Territorial Promotion Officer. This position is part of the reform of Regional Investment Centers (Law 47-18) and aims to enhance the region's attractiveness to national and international investors. Candidates must hold a Master's degree (Bac+5) in communication, marketing, international relations, management, or equivalent, and have at least 2 years of experience in event organization, communication campaign management, and public relations.

Job Details

The Territorial Promotion Officer will report to the Head of the Territorial Promotion Service within the Territorial Offer and Promotion Division. Key responsibilities include: preparing and implementing communication campaigns (print, digital, media), contributing to the logistics and operational organization of promotional events (trade shows, forums, conferences), producing and updating promotional materials (pitches, brochures, territorial fact sheets, videos, digital content), updating and managing digital platforms and professional networks, supporting relationship management with institutional, economic, and media partners, collecting and monitoring information for regional branding, evaluating the impact of promotional actions and preparing follow-up reports, and monitoring best practices in communication and territorial promotion.

  • Knowledge: Regional potential and assets, marketing and territorial promotion, investment ecosystem, branding and digital communication techniques.
  • Skills: Organization and management of promotional events, design of media and digital content, inter-institutional coordination and partnership management.
  • Interpersonal qualities: Proactivity, initiative, strong proposal skills, ease of relationships.

Eligibility Criteria

Applicants must hold a Bac+5 degree in communication, marketing, international relations, management, or equivalent (with equivalence decision for foreign and private Moroccan degrees), and have at least 2 years of professional experience, including experience in event organization, communication campaign management, and public relations.

The application file must include: a cover letter, a complete and recent CV, copies of diplomas (with equivalence decision if applicable), a copy of the National Electronic Identity Card, copies of experience certificates, and an action plan describing the approach and organizational methodology proposed to carry out the missions and develop the position. Incomplete files or those not matching the required profile will be automatically rejected.
