Recruitment competition for Technician 4th grade - scale 8 (electricity) at Telouet commune

Telouet commune (Ouarzazate province) announces a recruitment competition for a Technician 4th grade (scale 8) position in the specialty of electricity. The competition will be held on Sunday, June 21, 2026. One position is available, with legal quotas for resistance members, former military, and disabled persons.

Eligibility conditions

• Moroccan nationality.
• Enjoyment of civic rights and physical/mental fitness for public service.
• Age: at least 18 and at most 40 years old as of January 1, 2026 (the age limit may be extended up to 45 years for validated or validable service periods).
• Diploma: hold a technician diploma from vocational training institutions established under Decree No. 2.86.325 of January 9, 1987, or an equivalent diploma as per Decree No. 2.12.90 of April 30, 2012, in electricity.

Application file

Applications must be submitted in person to the registry of Telouet commune against a receipt, or sent by registered mail to the following address: Telouet commune, Amerzgane circle, Ouarzazate province. Submission is open from the publication date until Monday, June 1, 2026, at 4:30 PM (deadline). The postmark date is considered for mailed applications. Any incomplete or late file will be rejected.

Competition venue

The competition will take place at the central school group of Telouet (Telouet commune, Amerzgane circle, Ouarzazate province) or other institutions if needed, on Sunday, June 21, 2026, at 10:00 AM.

Results announcement

The list of eligible candidates and results will be published on the public employment portal (www.emploi-public.ma), the Directorate General of Territorial Communities website (www.collectivites-territoriales.gov.ma), and the electronic portals of the commune or province if available. This publication serves as a summons.
