Recruitment Competition for Technician 3rd Grade – Commune of Tiffert N'Aït Hamza

The Commune of Tiffert N'Aït Hamza (Province of Azilal) announces a recruitment competition for one position of technician 3rd grade (scale 9) for the year 2026, in accordance with the laws and decrees in force, notably Dahir No. 1.15.85 on territorial communities and Decree No. 2.12.90 on required diplomas.

Number of Positions and Specialties

This competition is open for one (01) position in the following specialties:

• Civil Engineering – Public Works
• Woodworking – Site Manager

25% of the position is reserved for persons with the status of Nation's dependents or former military personnel, and 7% for persons with disabilities holding a disability card.

Eligibility Conditions

Candidates must meet the following conditions:

• Be of Moroccan nationality
• Be at least 18 years old and at most 40 years old on January 1st of the current year (the upper age limit may be extended up to 45 years for those with valid pensionable service)
• Hold a specialized technician diploma awarded by vocational training institutions (established by Decree No. 2.86.325) or an equivalent diploma in the required specialty

• A copy of the required diploma or certificate
• A copy of the national identity card
• A curriculum vitae
• Two stamped envelopes with the candidate's address
• For candidates with the status of resistance fighter, Nation's dependent, or former military, supporting documents for that status

Applications must be submitted to the Human Resources Department of the Commune of Tiffert N'Aït Hamza (commune headquarters, Province of Azilal) either in person or by registered mail, starting from the date of publication of this notice until May 26, 2026 (deadline for receipt).

The written competition will take place on Sunday, June 14, 2026, at 9:00 AM at the Tiffert N'Aït Hamza high school and other institutions if necessary.

Results Announcement

The lists of candidates admitted to take the competition and the results will be published on the public employment portal (emploi-public.ma) and on the website of the General Directorate of Territorial Communities (collectivites-territoriales.gov.ma). Publication serves as a summons.
