Recruitment Competition for Specialized Technician in Public Works at ANCFCC

The National Agency of Land Conservation, Cadastre and Cartography (ANCFCC) announces a recruitment competition for two (2) specialized technicians in public works supervision. This is a regular recruitment opportunity for experienced professionals in the construction and public works sector.

Position Details

The position is for a specialized technician in works supervision (public works). Candidates must hold a diploma from the Specialized Institutes of Applied Technology (ISTA) or an equivalent degree, with a minimum average of 13/20, and at least two years of professional experience in the building sector after obtaining the diploma.

Eligibility Criteria

• Moroccan nationality.
• Aged between 18 and 45 years old by December 31, 2026.
• Possess the required diploma with the specified average.
• Minimum 2 years of relevant work experience.

Applications must be submitted exclusively online via the agency's website: www.ancfcc.gov.ma, no later than August 3, 2026 at 4:30 PM. No paper applications will be accepted. Make sure to fill out the application form accurately and upload all required documents in PDF format.

Required Documents

• Duly filled application form.
• Curriculum Vitae with a recent photo.
• Copy of the specialized technician diploma.
• Transcripts showing the required average of 13/20.
• Work certificate proving at least 2 years of experience.
• Copy of National Identity Card (both sides).
• Equivalence acceptance letter for foreign diplomas.
• Final authorization to compete for civil servants or contractual agents.

Competition Phases

1. Written exam: 2-hour test on the subject matter, scored out of 20. Only candidates with a score of 10/20 or higher proceed to the oral exam.
2. Oral exam: 20-30 minute interview with the jury, assessing technical knowledge, general knowledge, communication skills, and language proficiency (Arabic and French).

Exams will be held in Rabat. The list of selected candidates will be published on www.emploi-public.ma and the ANCFCC website.

Reserved Quotas

25% of positions are reserved for resistance members, wards of the nation, former soldiers, and former combatants, in accordance with legal provisions.

Tips for Candidates

Given the limited number of positions, thorough preparation is key. Review topics such as construction techniques, project management, plan reading, and cost estimation. For the oral exam, practice presenting your professional background and articulating your motivation. Highlight any significant achievements in your previous roles.
