The development company OUJDA LI TAHYIAA S.A. announces a recruitment competition for 2 positions of Specialized Technician in Civil Engineering (Technicien Spécialisé en Génie Civil). This contract-based recruitment aims to strengthen the company's human capital and support its urban development projects in the Oriental region.

Required Profile

• Education: Specialized Technician Diploma or Professional Bachelor's in Civil Engineering.
• Experience: Minimum 5 years in a similar role.

Main Responsibilities

The successful candidate will:

• Assist in the operational monitoring and control of works on site.
• Act as the permanent technical relay on the construction site to ensure proper execution according to plans and specifications.
• Provide periodic progress reports on projects.
• Control quantities and quality of materials.
• Contribute to the verification of measurements and progress reports.
• Ensure compliance with execution plans, standards, and best practices.
• Maintain liaison between stakeholders (company, design offices, contractors).
• Ensure compliance with safety rules on site.
• Monitor and update detailed work schedules.
• Contribute to archiving project technical documentation.

Technical Skills

• Mastery of construction and development project execution stages.
• Knowledge of construction processes, materials, and finished products.
• Fluid reading and interpretation of plans and technical documents.
• Proficiency in planning tools (MS Project, Gantt) and MS Office suite.
• Proficiency in specialized software: AutoCAD, Robot Structural Analysis, Covadis, etc.
• Understanding of public procurement procedures and contractor consultation.
